At Jawon Prestige Services LLC, we are committed to delivering reliable, high-quality concierge and property support services. Because our services are personalized, scheduled, and time-based, the following refund policy applies.
Service-Based Refunds
All services provided by Jawon Prestige Services LLC are non-refundable once services have been rendered. This includes, but is not limited to, concierge services, property support, on-site assistance, and coordination services.
Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time may be eligible for a reschedule or service credit, at our discretion.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time are not eligible for a refund, as time and resources have already been reserved.
No Shows -
Clients who fail to appear or are unavailable at the scheduled service time
will be considered a no-show and are not eligible for a refund or credit.
Dissatisfaction With Service

If you believe a service was not delivered as agreed, you must notify Jawon Prestige Services LLC within 24 hours of service completion. We will review the concern and, if appropriate, may offer a partial refund, service adjustment, or future service credit at our sole discretion.
Third-Party Expenses

Jawon Prestige Services LLC is not responsible for refunds related to third-party vendors, fees, permits, or expenses incurred on behalf of a client. Any third-party costs are non-refundable.
Payment Disputes

Clients agree to contact Jawon Prestige Services LLC directly to resolve any billing concerns prior to initiating a chargeback or dispute with their financial institution. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of services.
Changes to This Policy

Jawon Prestige Services LLC reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will apply to future services only.
